A one-time tune-up covers the visit and nothing else. Membership adds savings that apply every time you call us:
- 15% off repairs
- 5% off major equipment
- $0 dispatch fee during normal business hours
- $80 after-hours dispatch instead of $240
- Extended warranties up to 5 years on certain plumbing installs
Your HVAC visits include a standard 1-inch filter. Larger filters are charged as an extra, or you're welcome to supply your own.
Yes. We provide up to 5 pounds of salt, carry it to your water softener and add it in for you. Anything beyond that is charged as an extra.
