We are building the best commercial/home services company in the state of Pennsylvania. Longacre has been helping property owners in the Lehigh Valley area (Berks County, Montgomery County , Bucks County, Chester County) for 100+ years. Currently, we are a one-stop hub for everything related to a property (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen/bath).

What you’ll be doing

  • Building relationships with small to medium sized businesses and driving leadflow back to ourservice managers.
  • Sourcing potential clients through LinkedIn, networking events, and your personal network.
  • Direct outreach to decision-makers through cold calling, cold emailing, and door to door sales.
  • Spearheading any events that we attend (tabling, tent pop-ups) from sign-up to follow-up emails after the event.

What we are looking for

  • Confident and effective communicator. You are able to talk to strangers with ease and spark up a conversation with almost anyone that you encounter.
  • Relentless work ethic that drives ideas and projects forward.
  • Hyper-organized. You enjoy making lists, trackers, and to do lists.
  • Extremely comfortable with rejection. You view rejection as an opportunity to grow. You maintain a positive attitude no matter how your day is going.
  • Using technology should feel natural to you.
  • Passion for small businesses and home services. You don’t need to be an expert at HVAC/Plumbing but you need to care about what we offer as a company.

  • You aren’t comfortable with doing cold outreach to prospects.
  • You aren’t comfortable with working after hours/weekends for community events.
